Cancellation / Refund Policies

Return Policy

The products can be exchanged or returned only within 7 days post-delivery in the original condition of the product. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse, or any other physical damage has been caused to the product with force

2. Product is altered by the customer

3. If the request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any product not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Berlin Waters reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Berlin Waters at its sole discretion may cancel any
order(s):

  • If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  • If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction that is not in accordance with the
    Terms of Use.

Cancellations

Refund/cancellation policies are applicable under the following conditions:

  • In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire
    the order amount will be refunded.
  • In case the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the
    order can still be cancelled online. The total order amount after the deduction of shipment and
    handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be processed, once Berlin Waters receives the
    originally ordered item back intact from the courier.
  • However, the order once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case.
  • In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total
    deducted amount will be refunded.
  • In case of cancelled orders/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the
    buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited
  • Berlin Waters offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the
    buyers card/account
  • In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part
    cancellation

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us.

Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on the mode of payment. The payment is dependent on the payment gateway and please refer to detailed T&C from the payment gateway on https://razorpay.com/.

Cash on Delivery – The amount will be transferred to the digital mode of your choice by the executive once the contents of the returned package are verified. Please call us for any issues related to refund via COD at +91 70755 74689

A refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at info@syndic.co.in.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Syndic Consulting Engineers & Technologies Pvt Ltd. G3 & G6, Prime Kasani Building, Sy No.-220, Opp. Bharat Petroleum, Bachupally, Hyderabad, Telangana-500 090. (India).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
